With reference to your letter/clarification sought as per provision to Regulation 30(10) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that there is no pending information or announcement from the company which is/are price sensitive that could have led to significant movement in the price behavior of the Company''s shares. The movement in the price of the shares is purely market-driven.
