1. Keep Your Login Credentials Confidential of your Trading account:- Never share your User ID, Password, or OTP with anyone, not even with employees/AP of M/s. Bonanza Portfolio Limited/Bigul. Change your password periodically. Do not store passwords in plain text files on your devices. 2. Always log out of your device after each session:- After completing your online trading session, always click 'Log Out' from your account. Simply closing the browser or navigating away from the page is not sufficient to terminate your session securely; it may be accessed by an unauthorised person, who uses your system/computer/laptop/Mobile, etc.
3. Many browsers offer to "remember" your login details. Avoid using this feature, especially on:- Public Computers (like in cafes, hotels or libraries), and/or shared devices at home or work.
4. Use Strong, Unique Passwords:- Create a strong password using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using easily guessable information like birthdays or names. Check your account activity frequently to detect any unauthorised access or transactions.
5. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):- Always activate 2FA for an added layer of security. This ensures that even if someone gets your password, they can't log in without the second verification step (like an OTP sent to your mobile device).
6. Avoid Shoulder suffering:- Be aware of your surroundings while entering credentials in a public area.
7. Access Only Through Official Platforms:- Use only the official website and mobile app of M/s. Bonanza Portfolio Limited & Bigul to log in and trade. Do not download software or apps from unverified sources.
8. Avoid Public or shared Computers for Trading:- Please avoid accessing your trading account/demat account from public computers or unsecured networks (like cafes, hotels, or libraries). These environments increase the risk of keylogging and data theft. Please delete Temporary Internet files and browsing History from public computers after use.
9. Keep Your Devices and Software Updated:- Please regularly update your computer, smartphone, antivirus software, and trading apps to ensure you have the latest security patches.
10. Beware of Phishing Attempts:- Do not click on suspicious links or download attachments from unknown sources. While accessing your personal financial information online, you should have a secure web connection at all times and ensure the site uses "https://" and displays a padlock icon in your browser's address or status bar.
