In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 19th April, 2024 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in connection with the requirements of Clause 16 (g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that 24th (Twenty Forth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened on 22nd April, 2024 at 03.00 P.M. onwards through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company appraised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the current status of CIRP and discussed the operational matters. The meeting was concluded at 03.51 P.M.

We wish to inform that Mr. R P Indoria (DIN: 06600912), has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company vide its resignation letter dated 28th February, 2024 due to his some unavoidable circumstances. Since the Company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, the matter was put for consideration of CoC which was approved by the requisite majority through e-voting concluded on 01.04.2024. Consequently, Mr. R.P.Indoria cease to be a Member of the Board, Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee ("various Committees") of the Board with effect from 1st April, 2024.

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 19th March, 2024 about the meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that the 23rd meeting of the Committee of Creditors of our Company was duly convened on 21.03.2024 at 03.00 P.M. onwards through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company apprised the Committee of Creditors, inter-alia, about the current status of the CIRP and discussed the operational matters.
